Based on the latest Cirium On-Time Performance Review 2025, which analysed more than 4.4 million flights worldwide, here are the top ten airlines you should consider booking with – and the top ten major airports you may want to fly to or from – if on-time performance is high on your travel wish list.
The world’s ten most on-time airlines

Aeromexico
On-time arrivals: 90.02%
The clear global winner. Aeromexico tops the list with an impressive combination of punctual arrivals and an almost perfect completion factor, proving reliability even across a complex network.
Saudia
On-time arrivals: 86.53%
A strong second place for Saudi Arabia’s flag carrier, which continues to benefit from major investments in operations and fleet renewal.
SAS
On-time arrivals: 86.09%
Scandinavian Airlines stands out as Europe’s most punctual airline in the ranking – good news for travellers flying in and out of the Nordic region.
Azul
On-time arrivals: 85.18%
Brazil’s Azul combines a large domestic network with solid operational discipline, earning it a top-four global position.
Qatar Airways
On-time arrivals: 84.42%
Known for service and connectivity, Qatar Airways also delivers strong punctuality across its long-haul-heavy network.
Iberia
On-time arrivals: 83.52%
Spain’s national airline performs well despite operating from some of Europe’s busiest hubs.
LATAM Airlines
On-time arrivals: 82.40%

On-time arrivals: 81.73%
