Spanish bar Sips is Europe's best bar, according to The World's 50 Best Bars ranking 2025. With six of the top ten bars in the world located in Europe, this year's list of the world's best bars confirms that Europe remains a powerhouse in bar culture. Still, the first place went to the Bar Leone in Hong Kong.

Barcelona continues its reign as Europe's cocktail capital, with Sips landing in third place and Paradiso close behind in fourth. Founded and directed by renowned bar‑innovators Simone Caporale and Marc Álvarez, Sips has expertly fused Catalan ingredients with lush global cocktail techniques, providing both theatre and rootedness in one glass. Their ability to stay at the very top of Europe's bar scene is a testament to consistency, creativity and ambition.

London is the only other city besides Barcelona with two entries in the top ten: Tayēr + Elementary at number five and The Connaught Bar at number six.
