Hilton has announced the grand opening of DoubleTree by Hilton Malta, marking the brand's first venture on the picturesque Mediterranean island. Situated in the scenic St. Paul's Bay, this beachfront hotel features 485 elegantly designed guest rooms, exclusive dining options, multiple swimming pools, and top-tier business facilities.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Malta is ideally positioned to explore Malta's rich history and natural beauty. Guests can easily visit the ancient city of Mdina, the vibrant capital of Valletta, and the UNESCO-listed megalithic temples. The hotel boasts a unique historical connection with the Buġibba Temple on its grounds, offering guests a glimpse into Malta's Neolithic past.

–The opening of DoubleTree by Hilton Malta is a significant milestone for Hilton as we introduce the brand to the Maltese Islands. With millions of visitors each year, we're excited to offer travellers a new way to experience the island's charm, whether for relaxation, adventure, or business, David Kelly, Senior Vice President of Continental Europe, said in a press release.

Located in the Qawra resort area, the DoubleTree by Hilton Malta offers rooms that reflect the warmth and vitality of the Mediterranean. Many rooms have breathtaking views of St. Paul's Bay and private balconies.

The hotel's dining options are diverse. The Azure Restaurant & Terrace offers international cuisine with fresh buffets for discerning palates. At the same time, the Carvv Grill and Enoteca serves a modern selection of local and international meats, vegetarian and vegan options, and an extensive wine list. The Juniper Lounge Bar is a spot for morning coffee and light snacks, transforming into a cocktail bar by evening. The Limonata Swim-up Pool Bar, inspired by Mediterranean aesthetics, and the Ombré Café Bistro, featuring Mediterranean cuisine, provide additional dining experiences.

Guests can relax at the main pool area, which includes two seasonal outdoor pools and a sun terrace overlooking St. Paul's Bay. A heated pool is available year-round. The hotel's extensive leisure facilities will soon include a private Beach Club, opening in 2025, featuring two infinity pools and direct beach access with stunning views of St. Paul's Islands.

The Myoka Spa, opening in June 2024, will offer guests a range of exotic and invigorating body treatments and holistic experiences. The spa will also feature an indoor pool with jet spring seats, a sauna, a whirlpool, and a relaxation area.

Located just a 35-minute drive from Malta International Airport and within walking distance of a bus station, the hotel provides easy access to all major attractions.
